APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
(EXPLANATORY NOTES)

ELIGIBILITY

Any person, company firm, corporation or association who is involved in the Electrical and Electronics Trades, Industries and Services in Malaysia shall be eligible to be an ORDINARY MEMBER of TEEAM which is unlimited in number. Any person, company, firm or corporation involved in the Electrical and Electronics Trades, Industries and Services, who contribute a lump sum of RM 10,000.00 shall be eligible to be a LIFE MEMBER of TEEAM. Any distinguished member of society or foreign firm having connection with the Electrical and Electronics Trades, Industries and Services in Malaysia, as may be approved by the TEEAM Council, may apply to be an ASSOCIATE MEMBER of TEEAM.

Application shall have a proposer and seconder from existing TEEAM members. Photocopies of the following documents must be submitted with the membership application form:

1.	For Sole Proprietor/Partnership - registration certificate with ROB (Registrar of Business).
2.	For Incorporated Companies - registration certificate with ROC (Registrar of Companies).
3.	For Association - registration certificate with ROS (Registrar of Society).
4.	For Individual - competency certificate (if any) or working experience.

ENTRANCE FEE & SUBSCRIPTION

All payments of Entrance Fee and the Annual Subscription, payable in advance will be levied as follows:

Entrance Fee and the first year’s Subscription are payable on registration, and subsequent years’ Subscription is due and payable on 1st January of each year. Payment to be made to “The Electrical and Electronics Association of Malaysia”.
